We thank you for your continued support during these difficult and unprecedented times.
In the modern world, air conditioning is becoming a business ‘need’ rather than a ‘want’. Whether you’re talking about an office building, retail unit or warehouse, they are extremely useful in keeping employees, goods and equipment cool.
Air conditioning is vital in areas like computer rooms, which need a constantly low temperature in order to keep the delicate equipment working at optimum levels.
When you spot water leaking from your air conditioning (A/C) unit, the reason for it can be a little baffling. Condensation can be caused during the dehumidifying process, but it shouldn’t produce a leak. There are a number of issues that can lead to a leak in an A/C system, which will need to be addressed to get your unit back running smoothly.
There are times when you might be able to sort out an issue yourself, but if you’re not sure about what you’re doing, then it is a prudent move to call in an air conditioning professional to address your issues.
So...What could a leak mean?
As we all know prevention is better than cure. This is definitely the case when it comes to your businesses Air Conditioning & Ventilation system.
When it comes to the servicing of your buildings HVAC plant there is a tendency for “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” approach.
Take a look at why planned preventative maintenance will not only save you money but also aid your employee’s productivity.
As part of the BBC's series '50 Things that made the Modern Economy' they have included an article and a podcast titled 'How Air Conditioning changed the world'. The article identifies the origins of what we know of as Air Conditioning today and the benefits and issues surrounding its use.
